-Start with 100 Double-Unders Each-

14 Rounds (Alternating each round)

5 Bar Facing Burpees

8 Power Cleans (75/115)

8 Thrusters (75/115)

-End with 100 Double-Unders Each-

*24 Minute cut-off. Both athletes can work on DU’s at the same time but can not move on until both complete the 100. One athlete must complete the round fully before the other athlete can go.*
