Well it’s my birthday, my how the years fly by. I used to remember thinking “man my golden birthday is sooo far away, I’m gonna be so old,” aaand now it’s here, and I am old ha. But you only get 1 Golden Birthday so I had to make a WOD for it. These are some of my favorite movements (and a couple not so favorite).

27 Squat Cleans (65/95)

27 Burpees Over the Bar

27 Shoulder to Overhead (65/95)

*8 minute cut-off. This is a benchmark WOD so if you don’t have a true grace time you can use the prescribed weights, if you want to try to improve on your grace time go ahead and do so, if you have a grace time and you want a challenge give heavy grace a shot.*
