12 Days If Christmas Partner WOD

1 Synchroed BMU

2 Squat Cleans (155/225)

3 Strict Handstand Push-ups Each

4 Wall Climbs

5 Synchroed Burpees Over Bar

6 Thrusters (155/225)

7 Synchroed Toes 2 Bar

8 Partner Wallballs (20/30 @ 8ft apart)

9 Synchroed Dumbbell Cleans (35/55)

10 Shoulder 2 Overhead (155/225)

11 Alternating Box Jumps (24/30)

12 Cal Row Each

*No cut-off. Anything that isn’t Synchroed must be split evenly each round except the box jumps of course. The hspu’s can be done at the same time but the Row must be consecutive. You can start the next wall climb as soon as your partner hits the top, Burpees are Bar facing, during the Partner wallballs you must Squat in every rep whether you have the ball or not.
