I’m banking on the dumbbell workout not being the first week of the open. If it is I apologize about this one. Somehow every year I seem to channel Dave Castro in some way so we’ll have to see. 

Metcon:

AMRAP X 3 minutes

3 Dumbbell Ground 2 Overhead (35/50)

4 Burpees
